DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations. Balance due upon arrival. Every effort will be made to honor guest requests for specific rooms. A $15.00 service charge on all cancelled reservations which are not re-booked to another date. Deposits, less the $15.00 service charge will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeited for reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.

Two Bedroom Apartment: nicely decorated, lower level, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker), living room with pullout sofa bed with its own private deck, AC Cable TV and wireless internet. Maximum 6 people. Weekly rental.

Two and Three Bedroom Apartments are rented from Saturday to Saturday. A 50% deposit is required on all rentals. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits, less a $50.00 service fee will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeited for reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No exceptions. Sorry no pets. Smoke-free facility.
